Over 7 years of experience working in IT/development teams associated with an Equity    Quantitative product in a global financial services company or vendor. Experience and knowledge of Equity products and instruments including; electronic trading capabilities, algorithmic trading, direct market access, dark pools, crossing network and smart order routing. Expertise in the development of VWAP, TWAP, Participation of Volume, and Implementation Shortfall. Expertise in software delivery processes – Agile, RAD, etc., Strong multi-threading development experience. Proficiency with computer technologies – C++, Java, .NET, Linux, Oracle, OO Design, Design Patterns. Full time, up to 350k total.
