A new prop desk has setup in London, focusing on high frequency automated trading. The desk is fully sponsored by the business and the infrastructure has been developed for low latency trading.  

The firm is looking to hire quantitative traders with strategies that have a sharpe ratio in excess of (3) and strategies which have flat positions @ market close. All liquid markets are traded.

The position will involve:
- Developing & back testing high freq. trading strategies.
- Implementing strategies.
- Managing the execution process.
