This role is for an experienced director-level manager who also has hands-on technical lead responsibilities on initiatives to help Capital Markets Electronic Brokerage develop a suite of highly competitive trading products.  This person will lead multiple complex projects in areas such as high-frequency algorithmic trading, pre/post-trade analytics, order management systems and regulatory reporting.  In this role, the selected candidate will partner with business and technology groups and provide overall direction for the technology development components of trading projects from initiation to production installation. This entails managing project teams consisting of members from multiple IT groups and sites.  Additional project management responsibilities include project estimation, budget management, developing project planning strategies, establishing milestones/schedules, maintaining & reporting project status, and monitoring activities of all team members. This role is based out of Boston, MA or New York based on the candidate's preference.
