Looking for a Director/Project Manager for FX (Foreign Exchange) Technology Will be responsible for Global FX Systems from Order/Trade Execution to Back Office Qualifications: Successful 8+ years record in designing, developing and implementing trading systems centered on data market data management and in portfolio trading strategies in either an asset management or capital markets environment. Working knowledge of FX products that include: spot, forwards, swaps, options. Experience managing team of 3-5 people in FX environment. Technology platform is not as important as knowledge of FX, ideally experience with either APAMA or Spectrum. Extensive background in working on e-trading/e-commerce projects Experience in planning applications for and integrating applications into approved third party or proprietary back office systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with colleagues and customers Ability to create detailed milestones for complete development cycle Prioritization of key features and creation of deliverable timeline Clearly create business requirements for clients based on conversations with partners, customers and users. Translate business requirements into product features/requirements. Strong IT background Strong Organizational skills are required.
