CMBS DEVELOPMENT, PEOPLE FROM FINANCIAL COMPANIES ARE WELCOMED OR PEOPLE WHO ARE WILLING TO LEARN MORE ABOUT FINANCIAL SECTOR

- Expertise in Java & C++ Programming
- Strong knowledge of object oriented design
- Excellent communication skills and must be a team player.
- Experience in database, SQL, stored procedures.
- Experience in JSP, JDBC, Spring/Hibernate, Tomcat, CORBA
- Experience with Unix and Linux platforms
- Experience with Eclipse and SVN
- Excel and VBA experience is a plus
- Experience or exposure to fixed income markets is a plus.
