Title: Quant stat arb trading Post by Ish101 on 08/18/10 at 16:44:51 Hi, I am an electrical engineering major, 2nd year undergrad student. I wanted to into the field of fixed income - stat arb. I heard this field requires much math and mostly arithematic and calculus. So, what kind of business/math classes should I focus on. Next, what can I do to prepare myself for this career. I heard people have to very good at arithematic, so how good do I have to be? And lastly, is it good if I get a MS in Electrical eng as well?
