Hi

I am a beginner in this field. Please spare me if you think my questions are naive (but here they go). :)

1.) Are any algorithmic strategies (automated orders) offered by any of exchanges around the world? If no, why not?

2.) What are the special requirements for an exchange to enable algo trading - functional and technical?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.
