Job Description: The Business Analyst will work stakeholders across various departments, including the risk, front-office, operations, and accounting departments, to help define and document trading workflow, P&L and position reporting processes, and investment data requirements.

Job Requirements:
• The candidate will have demonstrated experience with the following:
• Candidates must have 2 – 3 years of Hedge Fund or Asset Manager Experience
• Lead cross-functional business process re-engineering teams
• Risk and performance attribution reporting across multiple security types
• Systems and data integration for the buy-side (investment manager or hedge fund)
• 2+ years of application development
•This person will work as a Liaison bw Business users and IT department, needs strong presentations and writing skills.
•Great Communication background
•Must be a team player and eager to work hard to work closely with technology and business user staff to complete workflow improvement and research projects, document functional specifications for systems and workflow changes.
