Senior Windows Systems Engineer to manage capacity and performance of our 24x7 SaaS infrastructure
Need:
•      Must have 8+ years of in-depth knowledge relating to Microsoft Windows 2003/2008, IIS, Active Directory design/security, DNS, MOM/SCOM, Terminal Services, including hands on experience, designing, maintaining, and administering each product.
•      5+ years of experience building, deploying and operating ASP/ .Net Web Applications
•      5+ years of experience with a progressive level of responsibility in Microsoft Clustering failover and system recovery.
•      Understand VMWare and able to design and utilize its advanced technologies such as vmotion and other high availability features.
•      Experience with an enterprise backup strategy design and implementation
•      Must be able to create and maintain clear and easily understandable documentation for the current state and proposed state of infrastructure within the scope of the position
•      Strong communication skills to be able to communicate to all levels of engineering (management and development/test).
•      Must be willing to participate in operation team’s on-call rotation and work extended and/or off hours when required to support 24x7 operations.
•      Must be able to manage time and multiple, concurrent projects.
•      Microsoft SQL Server administration experience desirable.
•      EMC SAN experience desirable
•      MCSE/VCP and BS degree in CS, CIS or MIS preferred.
•      Cisco experiences a plus.
•      SIP/PRI experiences a plus.
•      Nagios and other monitoring tools experience a plus
