Is Java ready for financial applications?
07/30/09 at 00:55:41

Hi everyone

Do you think that Java is ready for numerical applications?
What about low latency?
What about performance of Java applications when compared with C++?
What about spikes caused by gc?

I'd like to hear what you guys think about these topics.

Regards

Have you checked out Java Real-Time edition? You wont face the problems mentioned with this edition.
