Hi All,

I am an aspiring algorithmic trader looking for a bit of career guidance.
With a background in applied mathematics, financial maths and algorithms I think I would be well-suited for this career choice. How can I up skill myself to make it in the world of algorithmic trading?

Where should I be looking for work and experience? Other than this forum, where should I be involving myself? I am enthusiastic and eager to learn.
