I'm seeking a seasoned architect and lead developer for my investment banking client based in Australia. Specifically I need someone with strong Java, demonstrable architecture (hands on, not blue sky!) experience in a high frequency trading environment and someone who can manage a medium sized team (around 9 people).

I would be keen to speak to anyone who may have this experience wherever you may be. My client will relocate!
