Algorithmic Trading is very popular space at the moment. Prices on algorithmic engines vary from a hundred (various expert advisors and plugins for popular trading platforms) to millions of dollars (complete large-scale low-latency solutions).

Yes what exactly? Do you want to develop your own? Or out of the box?

Flextrade, Progress Apama, Portware, RTS Tango, Orc Liquidator. FXCM to name a few and they all cost differently
